A small adventure is still an adventure. Small pleasures count. Nothing about you needs to get bigger for today to be worth it. There are no streaks here, no productivity scores, no shame, no "you missed yesterday." The reward is simply: you did something nice with the energy you had.
Every adventure has an Energy Cost expressed as a percentage. This is intentionally subjective and playful. It is not a medical measurement and it says nothing about your health or capabilities. It's shorthand for "how much effort does this probably require?" That's all.
